Your Agreement with Worldwide Travel, Inc.and Your Travel Expert

Worldwide Travel, Inc. and its agents are experienced professionals who operate as INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. They are not acting on behalf of the agency, nor do they have the authority to bind the agency. What they do have is the travel expertise needed to enable them to work independently. What this means to you, the customer, is the best possible service and attention because it is in their best interest to have you as a satisfied client.

Your INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR as well as Worldwide Travel, Inc., act only as an agent for the various airlines, transportation companies, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines and other travel suppliers named in your itinerary and is not responsible for any act, failure, delay, injury, loss or omission in providing their services. Neither your INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR nor Worldwide Travel, Inc., maintains control over the operations, equipment or personnel of any supplier used in conjunction with your travel arrangements.

Neither Worldwide Travel, Inc. nor your INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, acts of governments or other authorities, or from any cause beyond the control of this travel agency and your INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR nor liable for defaults of suppliers or any other person, company or entity not under its control.

Neither Worldwide Travel, Inc. nor your INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR has any special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). For information concerning such requirements and possible dangers at destinations, we recommend contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov/travel. You hereby release Worldwide Travel, Inc. and your INDEPENDENT CONTRTACTOR from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this the foregoing paragraphs. You agree that the courts in any state, will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Worldwide Travel, Inc., and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by us constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Worldwide Travel, Inc also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased.

- Worldwide Travel Inc. is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or any kind of disruptions caused by our travel partners.

Prices are only guaranteed if booked and purchased on the same day.

Some airlines' tickets Non Transferrable / are non-refundable but can be changed to higher fare by paying the difference

Please check visa requirements with the consulate/Embassy directly. Worldwide travel is not responsible for any visa or transit visa requirements of any kind.

Please be advised that penalties apply for Refunds (if your ticket is eligible for refund) - check this at the time of purchasing tickets.

In case of Refundable Ticket, the penalty may vary from 375.00 USD and above per ticket/passenger.

In case of Non-refundable Ticket, there will NOT be any type-of-refunds including the taxes.

Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

For any reason, if the airline is offering a refund for your ticket, Worldwide Travel will charge processing fee of $ 50.00 per ticket for processing.

Worldwide travel is not responsible if miles are not credited to airline or credit card mileage programs.

We apologize, but are not responsible for, any typographical errors made in this website.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY –

US Worldwide Travel, Inc. is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by US Worldwide Travel, Inc. (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). US Worldwide Travel Inc., therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. US Worldwide Travel, Inc. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safely or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
Proof of identity is required for all travel. Without proper identification, or passport and necessary visas you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please check your documents for accuracy when you receive them.

  1. Name on air ticket, date of birth must match the traveler’s passport.
  2. Valid passport.
  3. Visa requirements must be checked with the consular office of each country’s embassy directly for all entry or transit airports.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by your agent
  5. In case of No-Show or late arrival the passenger’s ticket becomes non-refundable.
  6. All Partially used tickets are non-refundable.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE.

There are different types of medical, baggage or trip cancellations insurance from the supplier or the agencies. NOTE: Insurance coverage may not cover pre-existing

conditions and may have other restrictions and exclusions. Consult the insurance carriers direct for details.

CHECK-IN

Minimum check-in times vary for domestic or international flights, please check with your travel agent to make sure of the minimum check in times for your flight.

BE PREPARED TO PRESENT A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. AT TICKET COUNTER.

BAGGAGE INFORMATION

As each airline has its own separate baggage acceptance terms and rules, please ask your agent to advise you of the baggage rules for the airline you will be traveling on.p

RECONFIRMATION

Reconfirm the use and time of flights at least 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international, for each and every sector on your ticket. Failure to reconfirm any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations.

PROMOTIONAL FARES

Most promotional fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier(s) flight(s), time(s) or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes

IMPORTANT

If you are at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservations for you, ­do not leave the counter. Check your ticket. If the status box shows "OK" for the flight in question, the airline must accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary ask to speak to a supervisor.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Most airlines do not accept credit card payments for tickets, however in case of a carrier’s acceptance of payment with a credit card, only a first party credit card

(The card of the traveler whose name appears on the ticket and his or her immediate family) can be used. Most airlines will charge a small fee for accepting a credit card payment.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY DEBIT CARDS

REFUNDS

As US Worldwide Travel is acting as an intermediary agent for the supplier, all refund requests will be forwarded to the concerned airline with all necessary documentation for consideration, and the airlines decision will be final. All airlines have their own different refund policies and penalties, which will be deducted from the total refund value of the ticket.
